RailTel has bagged two awards in category of Digital PSU and Digital Security and Sh. Puneet Chawla, CMD/RailTel, has been conferred with CMD Leadership Award in the 8th Edition of Governance Now PSU Awards. This is a prestigious award conferred by Governance Now, a publication of the SAB (Sri Adhikari Brothers) Group, recognizing outstanding achievements of PSUs across a large spectrum. Dr. Kiran Bedi, Former Lt Governor, Puducherry felicitated the winner in a virtual event.
RailTel bagged the Digital PSU Award for implementation of NIC e-office and upgradation of ERP system internally. The Digital Security award was given for setting up a Security Operation Centre which provides both onsite and offsite security and RailTel’s excellence in ensuring security of Data in its two tire III Data Centres and nationwide network which stores/carries critical data of its many strategic clients alongwith large Public and Private sector companies.
Sh. Puneet Chawla, CMD/RailTel was conferred with the CMD Leadership Award in this ceremony for his outstanding leadership in driving and motivatingRailTel team towards exceptional performance during the past year.
