Talcher, February 11, 2025: As part of its ongoing commitment to community development, NTPC Talcher Thermal successfully organized a cricket tournament from February 6th to 10th, 2025, at Bantol village. The event brought together teams from all four Gram Panchayats—Bantol, Santhapada, Gurujanguli, and Jagannathpur—promoting sportsmanship and community engagement.
A total of 16 teams participated in the tournament, displaying remarkable skill and enthusiasm. After a series of exciting matches, Arahata emerged as the champion, with Kulei securing the runner-up position. The tournament served as a platform for local talent to showcase their cricketing abilities while fostering unity among the villages.
