Shri Nikhil Kumar Jain, Director (Personnel), NHPC Ltd., made his maiden visit to Loktak Power Station during 29th September to 2nd October, 2018. Upon his arrival, Shri Jain was given warm welcome by all employees of Loktak Power Station led by Shri K.T. Rajah Pandian, Chief Engineer (E), Loktak Power Station.
During his visit Shri Jain inspected all the vital components / installation of Power Station including Power House at Leimatak, Ithai Barrage at Ithai and other water conducting systems of Power Station. Shri Jain inquired about the CSR& SD activities carried out by the Power Station and took note of other issues of the Power Station like recreational facilities and welfare of the employees. Shri Jain also interacted with the local administration on various relevant issues.
Shri Jain also laid foundation stone for Children’s Park and planted tree saplings in the Administrative & Township Complex of the Power Station. Shri K.T. Rajah Pandian, CE (E), Loktak Power Station apprised Director (Personnel) on the activities and achievements of the Power Station. In his address, Shri Nikhil Kumar Jain praised the Power Station for their overall performance and high morale of the team. He appealed all employees to maintain the Standard Operating Procedures for all important and vital concerns related to work and safety.
श्री निखिल कुमार जैन, निदेशक (कार्मिक) एनएचपीसी का लोकतक पावर स्टेशन का दौरा
एनएचपीसी के निदेशक (कार्मिक), श्री निखिल कुमार जैन ने 29 सितंबर से 2 अक्तूबर, 2018 तक लोकतक पावर स्टेशन में अपना प्रथम दौरा किया । उनके आगमन पर, लोकतक पावर स्टेशन के मुख्य अभियंता (विद्युत), श्री के.टी. राजा पांडियन के नेतृत्व में लोकतक पावर स्टेशन के सभी कर्मचारियों द्वारा श्री जैन का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया गया।
अपने दौरे के दौरान, श्री जैन ने लीमाटक में पावर हाउस, इथाई बैराज और पावर स्टेशन के अन्य जल संचालन प्रणालियों समेत पावर स्टेशन के सभी महत्वपूर्ण संघटकों/ स्थापित उपकरणों का निरीक्षण किया। श्री जैन ने पावर स्टेशन द्वारा की गई सीएसआर व एसडी गतिविधियों के बारे में जानकारी ली और कर्मचारियों के लिए मनोरंजन सुविधाओं और कल्याण जैसे पावर स्टेशन के अन्य मुद्दों विचार विमर्श पर ध्यान दिया । श्री जैन ने विभिन्न प्रासंगिक मुद्दों पर स्थानीय प्रशासन से भी बातचीत की।
श्री जैन ने बच्चों के पार्क का शिलान्यास किया और पावर स्टेशन के प्रशासनिक और टाउनशिप परिसर में वृक्षारोपण किया। लोकतक पावर स्टेशन के मुख्य अभियंता (विद्युत) , श्री के.टी. राजा पांडियन ने पावर स्टेशन की गतिविधियों और उपलब्धियों के बारे में निदेशक (कार्मिक) को अवगत कराया। अपने संबोधन में, श्री निखिल कुमार जैन ने पावर स्टेशन के समग्र प्रदर्शन और उनकी टीम के उच्च मनोबल की प्रशंसा की। उन्होंने सभी कर्मचारियों से कार्य और सेफ़्टी से संबंधित सभी महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं के लिए मानक संचालन प्रक्रियाओं को बनाए रखने की अपील भी की ।
