REC raises $300 Million through Dollar Bond

REC has successfully priced 10 year USD Reg-S Bond at a coupon of 4.625% and raised USD 300 million. The issuance received an excellent response with order book of more than USD 900 million. The net proceeds will be used for power sector development.
