Bhubaneswar, October 3, 2025: Bhubaneswar, October 2, 2025 – The REC Regional Office in Bhubaneswar was honored by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation for being the Best CTU Adoption in the Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 campaign during the Swachh Bharat Divas celebrations.
The Mayor, Sulochana Das, and Commissioner Chanchal Rana presented the award. REC RO Bhubaneswar adopted five critical blackspot sites for restoration, enhancing community health and cleanliness, showcasing its commitment to the Swachh Bharat Mission and promoting sustainable civic infrastructure and public hygiene practices.
