New Delhi, Jan 19 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at Delhi airport on January 19, marking his third official visit to India since taking office.
Their joint travel from the airport highlighted their strong friendship and the significant partnership between India and the UAE.
This visit is particularly notable as it builds on previous high-level exchanges, emphasizing the multi-faceted relations that encompass political, cultural, and economic ties. India and the UAE are key trading partners, supported by initiatives like the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) and a Bilateral Investment Treaty.
The visit aims to explore new avenues for their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and to discuss mutual regional and global interests, as stated by the Ministry of External Affairs.
