Oil India Limited celebrates International Women’s Day

Noida, Mar 08 Oil India Limited (OIL), India’s second largest National Exploration & Production Company, celebrated International Women’s Day across its offices on 8th March 2021. As a part of celebrations, women employees of Corporate Office, Noida were felicitated by Sushil Chandra Mishra, Chairman & Managing Director, OIL in the presence of other Directors on the Board of OIL, followed by workshop on ‘Nutrition for Superwomen’ by Dr. Anita Jatana, Dietician & Nutritionist, Apollo Hospital.

At Field’s Headquarters, Duliajan, Assam, a grand function was organised by Women in Public Sector (WIPS) cell, OIL in which the employees has live interaction with Ms Sanjukta Parashar, a 2006 batch IPS officer from Assam.

Executive and Employees union of the company also celebrated Nari Shakti on the occasion of International Women’s Day by recognising the contribution of women in their professional journey.
