New Delhi, Nov 14: NTPC Limited was awarded four honors at the SHRM HR Excellence Awards 2025 for its exceptional human resource management practices, including initiatives for developing emerging leaders and leveraging HR technology.
The awards were presented in New Delhi on November 13, recognizing organizations focused on people-first strategies. NTPC’s philosophy of “People before PLF” guides its HR initiatives.
The company plays a crucial role in India’s energy sector, contributing to one-fourth of the nation’s power requirements with an installed capacity of 84,849 MW and plans for significant renewable energy expansion by 2032. NTPC is also exploring new business areas such as e-mobility and green hydrogen solutions.
