Summer Sports Coaching camp -2018 was organised by Sports Development Centre, NLC India Limited at Bharathi Stadium complex from 24th April to 30th May 2018. The camps were conducted in two phases. Experienced coaches in the field of 1.Athletics 2.Basketball 3.Cricket 4.Chess 5.Football 6.Hockey 7.Kabaddi 8.Kho-Kho 9.Volleyball 10. Swimming and 11.Yoga.A total of 540 students participated and benefitted.
On the concluding day of the camp a function was organised at Bharathi stadium.Shri.I.Nedumaran, DGM/Education,Sports & Culture, Chief Guest of the function addressed the gathering and distributed the certificates and caps to the participants. Shri.G.Muthukrishnan, ACM/Finance, TA office felicitated the participants. Shri.K.Murugan, CM/Sports presented a report on the camp. Participants and their parents in large number attended the function.
