NBCC (India) Ltd, a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), paid its final dividend of Rs. 77.14 crore to the Government of India (GOI) for FY 2018-19 on 29th Oct. 2019. The Dividend cheque of Rs. 77.14 crore by NBCC has been handed over to Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of State, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) by Shri Pawan Kumar Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC at a function held in the Ministry on the occasion.
Amongst other distinguished guests who graced the occasion included Shri Durga Shanker Mishra, IAS, Secretary (MoHUA); Shri Shiv Das Meena, IAS, Additional Secretary (MoHUA); Functional Directors of NBCC- S/Shri Rajendra Chaudhari, Director (Commercial), N K Shah, Director (Projects), Smt. B.K. Sokhey, Director (Finance) of NBCC & HSCL.
HSCL PAYS DIVIDEND TO THE GOVERNMENT
Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), subsidiary of NBCC (India) Ltd, a Navratna CPSE, paid its final dividend of Rs.11.31 crore to the Government of India (GOI) for FY 2018-19 on 29th Oct. 2019. The Dividend cheque of Rs. 11.31 crore by HSCL has been handed over to Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of State, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), by Shri Pawan Kumar Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of NBCC & Chairman of HSCL, accompanied by Shri Neelesh Shah, Managing Director, HSCL & Director (Projects), NBCC at a function held in the Ministry.
