IndianOil, Maruti Suzuki Sign MoU to Expand Vehicle Service Network Across Fuel Stations

New Delhi, Jan 13: Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Maruti Suzuki India Limited have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish Maruti Suzuki service facilities at select IndianOil fuel stations across India.

This initiative aims to provide customers with a seamless experience, allowing them to access scheduled maintenance and minor repairs for their vehicles at the same locations where they refuel.

The partnership enhances Maruti Suzuki’s existing 5,780+ service touchpoints, creating a “one-stop” solution for millions of car owners. IndianOil’s extensive network of over 41,000 fuel stations will support this integration, promoting convenience and peace of mind for customers.

Saumitra P Srivastava from IndianOil emphasized the company’s commitment to enhancing customer experience through value-added services.

Ram Suresh Akella from Maruti Suzuki highlighted the importance of making car servicing accessible and convenient by leveraging IndianOil’s extensive reach, marking a significant step in merging the mobility and energy sectors for improved customer care in the car ownership journey.
