New Delhi, Sep 20 Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) held its 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) chaired by CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha. He discussed HUDCO’s commitment to facilitating India’s growth towards becoming the third-largest economy by 2047, aiming to extend over ₹3 lakh crore in infrastructure finance by 2030 across various sectors.
He credited HUDCO’s strong performance to strategic foresight and innovative policies, highlighting the company’s role in financing and providing consultancy for infrastructure projects.
HUDCO plans to launch an Urban Invest Window to support Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in developing bankable urban projects, while continuing to assist government mission schemes like AMRUT 2.0 and PMAY 2.0. Kulshrestha emphasized HUDCO’s philosophy of inclusivity, sustainability, and ensuring development benefits reach all sections of society.
