New Delhi, August 05 Home Minister Amit Shah today announced in Parliament that Govt has recommended removal of Article 370 with extends special provisions to J&K and further added that all the clauses of the Article 370 will also not be applicable.
According to new amendments Jammu & Kashmir will now be called as Union Territory. Ladakh will also be called a seperate Union Territory.
State Assembly will remain in existence.
