Goa, January 28, 2026: India Energy Week (IEW) 2026, inaugurated on January 27, 2026, at the Advanced Training Institute in Goa, marks the fourth edition of India’s premier global energy event.
The Hon’ble Prime Minister emphasized IEW as a vital platform for world leaders and innovators to collaborate on the future of energy, highlighting India’s leading role in the global energy transition.
The Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas also praised the advanced facilities developed for the event, underscoring India’s capability in delivering world-class infrastructure efficiently. Engineers India Limited (EIL) completed this project in just nine months, setting a new standard for project execution in the field.
The enhanced infrastructure for IEW 2026 includes the “Prithvi” Convention Centre, “Aakash” Management Development Facility, “Vayu” Exhibition Hall, and supporting utilities.
EIL’s CMD, Ms. Vartika Shukla, highlighted the project as a reflection of EIL’s commitment to engineering excellence and alignment with the Prime Minister’s vision of “Local to Global.” Overall, the successful establishment of the IEW 2026 infrastructure showcases India’s engineering prowess and collaborative spirit, positioning the country as a leader in global energy discussions.
