Temporary Restriction On Parcel Traffic Over Delhi Area In Connection With Festival Rush-2024

New Delhi, Oct 30: In view the security arrangement during Festival Rush, restriction is hereby imposed on all types of parcels transactions (including leased) in Delhi area i.e. (New Delhi, Delhi Jn and Anand Vihar Terminal up to 06^th November 2024. Parcel godowns and platforms shall remain free of parcel packages/packing. In the wake of Festival Rush, restriction is imposed on both inward and outward traffic including leased SLR, AGC, VPS, and PCETs at all the aforesaid stations.

This restriction is applicable on leased SLR, AGC, VPS and PCETs of the trains originating/terminating from Delhi area stations (i.e. New Delhi, Delhi Jn. and Anand Vihar Terminal) and also applicable for passing trains originating from other Divisions/Zones and having stoppages in Delhi Area for loading/unloading.

The personal luggage may be allowed in the passenger coach only and booking of registered newspapers and magazines shall be permitted after observing all commercial formalities.

दीपावली और छठ पर्व-2024 के दौरान दिल्‍ली क्षेत्र में पार्सल यातायात पर अस्‍थाई प्रतिबंध

दीपावली और छठ त्यौहार के दौरान सुरक्षा इंतजामों के मद्देनजर दिल्‍ली क्षेत्र अर्थात् नई दिल्‍ली, दिल्‍ली जं0, और आनंद विहार टर्मिनल में सभी प्रकार की पार्सल आवाजाही पर 06 नवम्बर, 2024 तक अस्थाई प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है । इस दौरान, पार्सल गोदाम और प्‍लेटफॉर्म पार्सल पैकेजों से पूरी तरह मुक्‍त रहेंगे । उक्‍त सभी स्‍टेशनों पर लीज्‍ड एसएलआर, एजीसी, वीपीएस और पीसीईटी सहित सभी इनवार्ड और आउटवार्ड दोनों तरह का पार्सल यातायात प्रतिबंधित रहेगा।

यह प्रतिबंध दिल्‍ली क्षेत्र अर्थात् नई दिल्‍ली, दिल्‍ली जं0, और आनंद विहार टर्मिनल से/पर प्रस्‍थान करने वाली/यात्रा समाप्‍त करने वाली रेलगाड़ियों के लीज्‍ड एसएलआर, एजीसी, वीपीएस और पीसीईटी पर लागू होगा और उन रेलगाड़ियों पर भी लागू होगा जो अन्‍य मण्‍डलों/जोनों से यात्रा प्रारंभ कर रही हैं और दिल्‍ली क्षेत्र में सामान की लोडिंग/अनलोडिंग के लिए ठहरती हैं ।

तथापि निजी सामान को यात्री कोच में ले जाने की अनुमति होगी, जबकि पंजीकृत समाचार-पत्र और पत्रिकाओं को सभी वाणिज्‍यिक औपचारिकताओं को पूरा करने के बाद ले जाने की अनुमति होगी ।
