New Delhi, March 23 : A one day HR Conference, sponsored by NLC India Limited and jointly organised by the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Neyveli, Pondicherry and Trichy Chapters on the topic “Human Capital in the era of digital transformation”, was held on 18/03/2023 at Hotel Anandha Inn, Pondicherry.
Prasanna Kumar Motupalli, CMD, NLCIL, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and inaugurated the conference. Samir Swarup, Director/HR, NLCIL was the Guest of Honour. M.H. Raja, Hon. General Secretary, NIPM, India, N. Sadish Babu, ED/HR, Chairman, NIPM Neyveli Chapter, S.S. Josephraj, Chairman, NIPM Trichy Chapter, Joseph M. Rajasekar, Chairman, NIPM Pondicherry Chapter and C. Thiyagaraju, ED/HR, Vice Chairman, NIPM Neyveli Chapter were also present in the conference.
Around 200 HR professionals from various parts of the state and HR Executives of NLC India Limited participated in the conference.
HR experts from various industries discussed the need for up-skilling, reskilling and adapting in the face of rapid technological advancements.
