Punjab National Bank has decided for providing relief loan to employees of bank affected by torrential rain and flood in Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry. The loan amount upto Rs.1.50 lacs has been considered for which bank not charge any interest. The loan shall be repayable in 48 monthly instalments or remaining period of service whichever is earlier.
Earlier to obviate inconvenience caused to the customers, the bank has decided to issue duplicate pass books without levy of any charges and new cheque book are being taken without insisting for requisition slip in the event of cheque book being lost/damaged/destroyed.
