Faridabad, June 12: NHPC, a Government of India Navratna Enterprise conferred with Special Jury Award under ET HR World Future Skills Awards 2025 for “Use of Games & Simulations in L&D”. The Award was presented in the Award Ceremony held on 11.06.2025 at Mumbai.
The award bears testimony of various initiatives and planned interventions implemented by NHPC in its Learning and Development (L&D) framework. One of such initiatives is use of Games & Simulations which turned out to be a game-changer in developing a collaborative culture, better team building, thrust for innovation, agility and compassion amongst the employees.
Award also signifies NHPC’s transformation of its L&D domain from conventional to progressive in line with the industry trends.

एनएचपीसी, भारत सरकार की एक नवरत्न कंपनी को “एल एंड डी में गेम्स और सिमुलेशन के उपयोग” के लिए ईटी एचआर वर्ल्ड फ्यूचर स्किल्स अवार्ड्स 2025 के तहत विशेष जूरी पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया है। यह पुरस्कार 11.06.2025 को मुंबई में आयोजित पुरस्कार समारोह में प्रदान किया गया।
यह पुरस्कार एनएचपीसी द्वारा अपने लर्निंग एंड डेवलपमेंट (एल एंड डी) ढांचे में कार्यान्वित की गई विभिन्न पहलों और योजनाबद्ध हस्तक्षेपों का प्रमाण है। ऐसी ही एक पहल है गेम्स और सिमुलेशन का उपयोग, जो कर्मचारियों के बीच सहयोगात्मक संस्कृति, बेहतर टीम निर्माण, नवाचार के लिए जोर, चपलता और करुणा विकसित करने में एक गेम-चेंजर साबित हुआ है। यह पुरस्कार, इंडस्ट्री ट्रेंड्स के अनुरूप एनएचपीसी द्वारा अपने एल एंड डी डोमेन को पारंपरिक से प्रगतिशील रूप में परिवर्तन का भी प्रतीक है।
