Minister of State for External Affairs was the chief guest at the National Day Reception of Embassy of Kazakhstan in New Delhi.

Minister of State for External Affairs, Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh was the Chief Guest at the Republic Day Reception of Embassy of Kazakhstan in New Delhi.
