Collaborative Partnership Signed Between World Intellectual Foundation And Sharda University

New Delhi, India – July 01, 2024 – The World Intellectual Foundation (WIF), a Delhi based Think-tank and Sharda University (Agra), today signed a Memorandum of Understanding to embark on a ground-breaking collaborative initiative encompassing joint research work, seminars, conferences and propelling policy reforms through relevant stakeholders.

This strategic collaboration is a significant step forward to foster synergies between academic excellence and social progress through analysis of developmental economics, focusing on implementing bold, innovative, and pragmatic research-driven ideas. By working together to get empirical evidence into the hands of policymakers, the media, social organizations and other institutions;WIF and Sharda can influence public policy decisions, making a difference in people’s lives.

“This partnership is a momentous step for us,” said Dr. Rubina Mittal, Director of Research & Innovation at WIF. “We appreciate the strength of collaborating with the distinguished faculty and researchers of Sharda University in Agra, and are eagerly looking forward to our collective pursuit of making significant contributions to societal progress.”

The Vice-Chancellor of Sharda University (Agra), Prof. (Dr.) Jayanthi Ranjan,shared the sentiment, saying, “We are extremely thrilled to partner with the World Intellectual Foundation. We are hoping that this partnership has the potential to pave way for positive social change and holds immense promise. We are fully committed to ensuring its success and will soon be working on an action plan to combine the public policy focus of WIF and quality research approach of Sharda to recommend reforms initiatives to stakeholders, especially in North Indian States.”

At the time of signing the MoU, Mr. Basant Gupta (Director, WIF) and Ms. Hemangi Sinha (Project Head, WIF) were also present.
