Mumbai, Feb 05: Bharti Airtel reported a 55% drop in net profit to Rs 6,630.5 crore for Q3 FY26, down from Rs 14,781.2 crore year-on-year, largely due to a high base effect from the previous year and an additional expense of Rs 256.8 crore related to new Labour Codes.
Total revenue increased by 19.92% to Rs 54,683.9 crore, while total expenses rose 12.98% to Rs 23,198.8 crore. The company’s average revenue per user (ARPU) rose to Rs 259.
Data consumption increased 6.6% from the previous quarter, with 26,056 million GB consumed. Employee numbers fell to 24,186, down from both the previous quarter and year.
