New Delhi, Jan 22: Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) reported a 30% year-on-year increase in adjusted profit after tax (PAT) for Q3 FY26, reaching an all-time high EBITDA of Rs 2,210 crore, up 21% from the previous year.
Total income rose 15.7% to Rs 6,945 crore, attributed to improved performance and increased capital expenditure. Profit before tax surged 43.2% to Rs 801 crore, and cash profit grew 22.8% to Rs 1,227 crore.
For the first nine months, total income rose 16.2% to Rs 20,737 crore. AESL’s capital expenditure increased to Rs 9,294 crore during this period, with the commissioning of four transmission projects.
The company’s future growth outlook remains strong, with ongoing transmission projects valued at Rs 77,787 crore and a significant smart metering order book.
