New Delhi, March 15: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has revised the FASTag Annual Pass fee for FY2026–27 to ₹3,075 from the current ₹3,000, with the new rate taking effect from April 1, 2026.
According to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the revision has been implemented in accordance with the provisions of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008.
The FASTag Annual Pass is currently used by more than 56 lakh private vehicle owners and remains available for eligible non-commercial vehicles with a valid FASTag.
The pass can be used at around 1,150 toll plazas on national highways and expressways across the country. It allows users to pay a one-time fee that remains valid for one year or up to 200 toll crossings, whichever occurs earlier.
Users can purchase or renew the annual pass through the Rajmarg Yatra App or the official NHAI website. Once payment is completed, the pass is activated on the linked FASTag within two hours.
Launched on Independence Day, August 15, 2025, the annual pass has seen rising adoption among frequent highway commuters, reflecting growing demand for convenient toll payment options.
