PM Modi Calls on Israeli Firms to Expand Investment in India

Tel Aviv, Feb 26: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited Israeli companies to explore opportunities in India for investment, manufacturing and technology partnerships during his visit to Israel.

Accompanied by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, PM Modi visited an innovation exhibition showcasing advancements in agri-tech, water-tech, climate-tech, health-biotech, smart mobility, AI, cybersecurity and quantum technologies.

Highlighting the potential of cutting-edge innovations to deepen India–Israel collaboration, the Prime Minister said the technologies on display could significantly scale up joint efforts in agriculture, water management, healthcare, digital services and start-ups under the “India-Israel Innovation Bridge” initiative.

During the walkthrough, PM Modi interacted with scientists, tech entrepreneurs and CEOs. He was briefed by Quantum Machines on the Israeli Quantum Computing Centre and by Classiq on simplifying quantum software development.

Several other companies presented breakthrough solutions, including Mobileye on road safety technologies, Check Point Software Technologies on advanced threat prevention, and Israel Aerospace Industries on miniaturised communication satellites and synthetic aperture radar systems.

The visit underscored India’s push to strengthen high-technology collaboration with Israel and build joint solutions to address global challenges.
