NLCIL Group Registers Record Revenue, Highest-Ever PAT in Nine Months of FY26

New Delhi, Feb 10: Major highlights for Q3 2025-26 include significant operational achievements for NUPPL GTPP’s Unit II, which began commercial operations on December 9, 2025.

Talabira Mine set records for coal production and dispatch in late December 2025, while Pachwara South Open Cast Mines commenced mining operations with expected coal production in Q4.

A 300 MW solar power plant was commissioned at Barsingsar, and NLCIL received multiple letters of agreement for renewable projects, including a 110 MW solar PV project in Uttar Pradesh and a green loan for JPY 15.464 billion to fund renewable projects.

Key financial achievements for NLC India Limited include a silver award at the ICAI Awards and a second-place rank in the PRSI Awards for their Annual Report. The interim dividend declared was 36%, the highest in five years, with capital expenditure exceeding targets.

Standalone results showed coal production and revenue growth, with a declared profit after tax increase of 3.04%. On a group level, gross power generation reached over 20,500 MU, with record revenues and profits, marking significant year-on-year growth in net worth. Overall, NLCIL shows robust growth in financial performance alongside a strong push towards renewable energy projects.
