New Delhi, Feb 05: Power Finance Corporation (PFC) reported a standalone profit of ₹4,763.33 crore for Q3FY26, marking a 14.6% increase year-on-year (YoY) from ₹4,154.92 crore in Q3FY25.
The company’s total revenue from operations rose by 12.4% to ₹14,655.84 crore compared to ₹13,043.69 crore in the same quarter last year.
PFC declared a third interim dividend of ₹4 per share, with a record date of February 20 and payment by March 6. Interest income for the quarter was ₹13,935.87 crore, up from ₹12,417.22 crore YoY, while total outstanding loans reached ₹11,51,407.15 crore.
On a consolidated basis, profit rose 6% YoY to ₹8,211.90 crore, with total revenue from operations increasing to ₹29,094.81 crore, an 8.6% YoY growth. Key financials indicated a debt-to-equity ratio of 5.68 times and total-debt-to-total-assets ratio of 0.80 times.
The operating margin stood at 35.94% and the net profit margin at 28.18%. PFC’s CMD, Parminder Chopra, noted a robust performance with a 13% YoY loan asset growth, including a 28% increase in the renewable energy sector.
