GAIL Posts ₹5,706 Crore Profit After Tax in First Nine Months of FY2025–26

New Delhi, Jan 31: GAIL (India) Ltd reported a Revenue from Operations of ₹ 1,03,899 crores for the nine months ending December 2025, a slight increase from ₹ 1,01,580 crores in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

However, Profit before Tax (PBT) decreased to ₹ 7,387 crores from ₹ 12,123 crores, and Profit after Tax (PAT) fell to ₹ 5,706 crores from ₹ 9,263 crores, impacted by exceptional income from an Arbitration Settlement in FY 2024-25.

For Q3 FY26, Revenue from Operations was ₹ 34,076 crores, down from ₹ 35,031 crores in Q2 FY26, with PBT dropping to ₹ 2,030 crores from ₹ 2,823 crores and PAT to ₹ 1,603 crores from ₹ 2,217 crores.

Natural gas transmission volumes increased slightly, while gas marketing and sales of LHC and Polymer decreased. On a consolidated basis, Revenue from Operations was ₹ 1,06,389 crores, PBT was ₹ 7,759 crores, and PAT was ₹ 6,098 crores.

GAIL has commissioned 1,182 Kms of the Mumbai Nagpur Jharsuguda Pipeline, expanding its operational network to over 18,000 Kms, and announced an interim dividend of ₹ 5 per share for FY 2025-26.
