HUDCO Shows Consistent Growth in First Nine Months of FY26

HUDCO Raises ₹1,442 Crore via Perpetual Tier I Bonds; Issue Subscribed Five Times

New Delhi, Jan 31: HUDCO (Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited), a key player in India’s infrastructure financing, reports significant financial success aligning with the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.

In the nine months of FY26, HUDCO achieved a net profit of ₹2,053.06 crore, with record loan sanctions of ₹1,39,152 crore and disbursements of ₹41,347 crore. Revenue from operations reached ₹9,587.54 crore, while the loan book expanded to ₹1.56 lakh crore, maintaining high asset quality, evidenced by a reduced NPA rate of 0.06%.

The Board has increased the borrowing limit from ₹65,000 crore to ₹80,000 crore to support growth. A total interim dividend of 33% (₹3.30 per share) has been declared for FY26.

CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha confirmed that the company met its market guidance of a ₹1.50 lakh crore loan book early in FY26. Organizational reforms, including policy updates and the adoption of digital initiatives, have bolstered performance, alongside investments in capacity building and strategic partnerships aimed at sustainable growth.
