New Delhi, Dec 27: Bardwi Shikla Ladies Club, NTPC Bongaigaon held a certificate distribution ceremony for the successful completion of its 7th batch of Sewing Training and 1st batch of Beautician Training, aimed at empowering local women.
A total of 37 women finished the Sewing Training and 14 completed the Beautician Training, receiving certificates in front of families and club members. President Kasturi Maitra emphasized the significance of skill-based education for women’s confidence and financial independence, encouraging trainees to leverage their skills for income generation.
She acknowledged the trainers’ contributions and the increasing participation of local women and reiterated the Club’s commitment to welfare programs that enhance community development. The event concluded with certificate distribution, group photos, and interactions among participants and Club members.
