New Delhi, December 15: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has paid a final dividend of Rs. 109.98 Crore for the year 2024-25 to the Govt. of India.
To this effect, a cheque towards the final dividend on the equity (63.17%) held by the Government of India, was presented to H. D. Kumaraswamy, Union Minister of Heavy Industries and Steel by K. Sadashiv Murthy, Chairman and Managing Director, BHEL, in the presence of Kamran Rizvi, Secretary (HI).
Directors on the board of BHEL and senior officials of the Ministry of Heavy Industries were also present on this occasion.
Significantly, the total dividend paid to the company’s shareholders for FY 2024-25 amounts to Rs. 174.10 Crore.

नई दिल्ली, दिसंबर 15: भारत हेवी इलेक्ट्रिकल्स लिमिटेड (बीएचईएल) ने भारत सरकार को वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए 109.98 करोड़ रुपये का अंतिम लाभांश दिया है।
इस संबंध में, भारत सरकार द्वारा धारित इक्विटी (63.17%) पर अंतिम लाभांश के लिए एक चेक, श्री एच.डी. कुमारस्वामी, माननीय केंद्रीय मंत्री (भारी उद्योग एवं इस्पात) को श्री के. सदाशिव मूर्ति, अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक, बीएचईएल द्वारा, श्री कामरान रिज़वी, सचिव (एचआई) की उपस्थिति में प्रदान किया गया।
इस अवसर पर बीएचईएल के निदेशक और भारी उद्योग मंत्रालय के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।
गौरतलब है कि वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए कंपनी के शेयरधारकों को दिया गया कुल लाभांश 174.10 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक है।
