Modi announced new cooperation initiatives, including training Indian seafarers for Arctic missions, which aim to create employment and enhance bilateral ties.
He reiterated India’s call for peace in the Ukraine conflict and underscored the importance of energy security and civil nuclear collaboration as critical elements of the India-Russia partnership.
