New Delhi, Nov 27: BSE has issued a warning to investors regarding an unauthorized entity named EZInvest that is circulating stock tips and soliciting investment funds without registration with SEBI or the exchange.
The BSE emphasized that EZInvest is not a registered member and urged investors to verify the credentials of any financial adviser before acting on their recommendations.
The exchange cautioned against subscribing to any schemes promising guaranteed returns, which are legally prohibited. Additionally, BSE had previously alerted investors about fake social media accounts using its officials’ photos to spread deceptive wealth advice, encouraging due diligence in verifying information before making investment decisions.
