New Delhi, Nov 03: NLC India culminated the Special Campaign 5.0 on October 31, 2025, a month-long initiative focused on improving governance, reducing backlog in government offices, and enhancing citizen-centric services.
Launched by the Government of India in 2022, the campaign under the guidance of Minister of Coal G. Kishan Reddy emphasized “Minimizing Pendency, Institutionalizing Swachhata, and enhancing citizen-centric services.”
Key developments included the inauguration of a Para Sports ground for differently abled individuals, a renovated Walkers’ Park, and improvements to Nehru Park, with features aimed at public engagement.
The campaign also involved extensive cleaning efforts, disposal of scrap, introduction of digital governance reforms, and initiatives promoting environmental responsibility, reinforcing NLCIL’s commitment to community welfare and inclusive sustainability.
