Chennai, Dec 19 NLC India Limited has been bestowed with “The Best Organization Proactive IR Practice Award 2022” by the Southern India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) for implementing the best IR Practices and for maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations, at the National IR Conferenceheld at Taj Coromandel, Chennai.
Southern India Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SICCI) is an industry body with 112 years of excellence & enterprise in service to the southern region of our nation. SICCI is also one of the oldest & prestigious institutions of its kind in India and a founder member of The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), New Delhi.
The award was received by K Mohan Reddy, Director/Planning & Projects and Director/Human Resources (Addl. Charge), NLCIL from A.C Muthiah, Former Chairman, Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Ltd (SPIC) in the presence of Ar Rm Arun, President, SICCI and Michaela Küchler, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of India, Chennai. N Sadish Babu, Executive Director (Human Resources) and C Thiyagaraju, Executive Director (Industrial Relations) and other officials of NLCIL were present on the occasion.
