Mumbai, May 04: HPCL participated in Countdown to International Day of Yoga, christened as Yoga Utsav 2022 organized by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on 3rd May 2022. Minister of Petroleum & Natural and Housing & Urban Affairs, Hardeep Singh Puri and Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas and Labour& Employment, Rameshwar Teli led the celebrations by performing Common Yoga Protocol from New Delhi.
Director HR , Additional charge C&MD and Additional Charge Director Marketing – HPCL, Pushp Kumar Joshi; Director Refineries- HPCL, V S Shenoy along with Senior officials joined the celebrations from HP Nagar East, Mumbai by performing various Yoga Asanas. Various other locations of HPCL also participated in the celebrations by performing Yoga.
International Day of Yoga, is celebrated annually on 21stof June since its inception in 2015. In order to create awareness about International Day of Yoga, Countdown to International Yoga Day was celebrated. Around 200 locations from India and abroad participated in the event.
