Sri V. Thangapandian, Director (Power & Mines), NLC India Limited, inaugurated the 147th Operation Co-ordination Sub-Committee (OCC) Meeting of Southern Regional Power Committee at Neyveli on 10.09.2018.
Southern Regional Power Committee (SRPC), Bangaluru, providing advisory service to its members, which runs Power Stations and Electricity Boards operating from Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telugana and Pudhucherry States. The services include, Modern Technological advice, resolve the problems in Power Generation, Distribution Systems, Power Grid etc. for which, an Operation Coordination sub-committee comprising of members from various power generation bodies are conducting review meeting in Bengaluru, every month.
With the request of SRPC, the 147th OCC meeting was conducted at Learning & Development Center, NLCIL, Neyveli on 10.09.2018. The meeting was inaugurated by Sri V. Thangapandian, Director (Power & Mines), NLCIL, in the presence of Sri S.R. Bhatt, Member-Secretary/SRPC, Sri V. Balaji, Dy. General Manager/Southern Region Load Despatch Center (SRLDC) and VIPs.
