There have been reports appearing in the media that the Bank has transferred close to 18000 employees. The same is factually incorrect as the Bank has transferred 257 Sub Staff, 437 Clerks and 721 Officers (Total 1415 employees) since 19th February 2018, as per prevailing Rotational Transfer Policy of the Bank.
The working in the branches is going on smoothly and the above transfers are in no way affecting the customer service in the Bank.
मीडिया में रिपोर्टें हैं कि बैंक ने करीब 18000 कर्मचारियों को स्थानांतरित कर दिया है। यह वास्तविक रूप से सही नहीं है ,बैंक की मौजूदा रोटेशनल स्थानांतरण नीति के अनुसार, 19 फरवरी, 2018 से बैंक ने 257 अधीनस्थ कर्मचारी, 437 लिपिकीय कर्मचारी एवं 721 अधिकारियों (कुल 1415) को स्थानांतरित किया है।
शाखाओं में काम सुचारू रूप से चल रहा है और उपरोक्त स्थानांतरण बैंक में ग्राहक सेवा को प्रभावित नहीं कर रहे हैं ।
