New Delhi, Nov 09 Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC), a Navratna Public Sector Company has declared its financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2015. In a meeting held on 09th Nov. 2015, the Board of Directors of the company approved the limited reviewed financial results.
Total Income of the company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2015 has increased to Rs. 5,925 crores as against the corresponding quarter ended on 30th September, 2014 of Rs. 5,066 crores, registering an increase of 17% for the quarter.
Profit after tax of the company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2015 has increased to Rs. 1,619 crores as against the corresponding quarter ended on 30th September, 2014 of Rs. 1,504 crores registering an increase of 8% for the quarter.
EPS for the quarter ended 30th September, 2015 is Rs. 16.40. Net worth of the company has increased to Rs. 27,906 crores.
The Loan Asset Book of the company as on 30th September, 2015 has increased to Rs. 1,94,648 crores and the outstanding borrowings is Rs. 1,62,673 crores.
