Punjab National Bank has won “Inspiring Work Places Award 2015” under the category “Best HR and Talent Practices” in the ceremony held on 15.12.2015 in Mumbai. The Award Function was organised by the ‘Banking Frontiers’ which is a prestigious magazine serving the Banking, Financial Institution and Insurance (BFSI) Sector since 2002.
The Award was received by Ashwini Vats, General Manager (Treasury) on behalf of the Bank from Dr. Anil Khandelwal, former CMD of Bank of Baroda and distinguished HR professional.
This Award has been bestowed upon the Bank for its innovative initiatives on HR front i.e., PNB Samvad, e-learning and ‘Yes I can’ which are effective team building activities.
Banking Frontiers organized the second Inspiring work places in 2015 to felicitate and laud the efforts of employee-centricity in financial organizations. Punjab National Bank was the winner of this Award last year also in the category of “Best Inspiring Work Place”.
