M. K. Goel, Chairman and Managing Director, Power Finance Corporation Ltd released “Vigilance Handbook 2015”on 20th Feb, 2015 in the presence of Subhash Chandra, IAS, Chief Vigilance officer (CVO)and R. Nagarajan, Director(Finance) PFC.
CVO PFC stated regarding codified set of practices on preventive vigilance and punitive aspects of vigilance in day to day functioning of Corporation. CVO insisted on the need for organisational transparency and said that vigilance can be viewed as a tool to promote adherence to rules with the organisation.
CMD, PFC appreciated efforts of vigilance unit in publishing vigilance handbook 2015 in Hindi and English and exhorted employees to adopt the practices into reality.
