NTPC BAL MELA -2015 was inaugurated by A.K. Jha, CMD, NTPC. K. Biswal, Director (Finance) NTPC, Nisha Jha, President Bal Bhawan, Geeta Pani, Vice President Bal Bhawan, Nalini Pandey, Minati Biswal and Naina Sharma were also present along with other distinguished guests.
