New Delhi, March 21: In a spirited effort to advocate for gender empowerment and recognize the invaluable contributions of its female workforce, Navratna CPSE NBCC (India) Ltd. hosted a celebratory function on International Women’s Day.
The event, held at the esteemed India Habitat Centre in New Delhi, was a testament to NBCC’s commitment to fostering gender diversity and honoring the dedication of its women employees. The highlight of the ceremony was the felicitation of women employees who have served the company for an exceptional 30 years. K.P. Mahadevaswamy, the Chairman-and-Managing Director of NBCC, presented mementoes to these esteemed individuals, acknowledging their enduring commitment to the company’s growth and success.
Welcoming esteemed guests and participants, Swamy reiterated NBCC’s unwavering support for gender equality and expressed gratitude for the continuous contributions of female employees. The event was further enriched by the presence of Smt B.K. Sokhey, Director (Finance) as Chief Guest and she was recognised as “The Lady Icon of NBCC”.
Throughout the day, attendees were treated to a variety of engaging activities, including musical renditions, dance performances, and talent shows, fostering a sense of camaraderie and celebration among all present. लैंगिक सशक्तीकरण का पक्षसमर्थन करने और अपने महिला कार्यबल के अमूल्य योगदान को मान्यता प्रदान करने के एक उत्साहपूर्ण प्रयास में, नवरत्न सीपीएसई एनबीसीसी (इंडिया) लिमिटेड ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस पर एक उत्सव समारोह का आयोजन किया।
नई दिल्ली के प्रतिष्ठित इंडिया हैबिटेट सेंटर में आयोजित यह कार्यक्रम लैंगिक विविधता को प्रोत्साहित करने और अपनी महिला कर्मचारियों के समर्पण का सम्मान करने के लिए एनबीसीसी की प्रतिबद्धता का एक प्रमाण था। समारोह का मुख्य आकर्षण उन महिला कर्मचारियों का अभिनंदन करना था जिन्होंने कंपनी को असाधारण 30 वर्षों तक सेवा प्रदान की है। एनबीसीसी के अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक श्री के. पी. महादेवास्वामी ने कंपनी के विकास और सफलता के प्रति उनकी सराहनीय प्रतिबद्धता को स्वीकार करते हुए इन माननीय कार्मिकों को स्मृति चिह्न भेंट किए।
