Microsoft to Add 15,000+ Employers to India’s NCS Platform

New Delhi, Dec 10: Microsoft is collaborating with India’s Ministry of Labour and Employment to introduce AI-powered chatbots for the National Career Service (NCS) platform, aiming to onboard over 15,000 employers from its global network.

This partnership seeks to enhance job access and skilling in India, preparing the workforce for international opportunities. The initiative builds on the e-Shram portal, handling high transaction volumes, and aims to improve welfare access for workers.

Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya highlighted the importance of this cooperation in achieving greater social security coverage and supporting a future-ready, skilled workforce.
