New Delhi, Dec 11: Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO), along with the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs and the Capacity Building Commission, conducted a Master Trainer Training Programme from December 8-10, 2025, as part of Mission Karmayogi – Phase 2.
This initiative supports the Rashtriya Karmayogi – Large Scale Jan Seva Programme aimed at improving citizen-centric governance and public service delivery in India.
Seventeen organizations from MoHUA participated, engaging in training on competency-based assessment, collaborative governance, and the use of digital tools like iGOT-Karmayogi and the PedGog App.
The training included case exercises and peer collaboration to prepare Karmayogi Coaches for future sessions. Participants registered on digital platforms for ongoing learning and certification, benefiting from the insights and collaboration fostered during the programme.
