New Delhi, April 25: Director Marketing – HPCL, Amit Garg received an Award for ‘Significant contribution towards Fuel Conservation’ from Minister of State, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, RameswarTeli, and Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Pankaj Jain on behalf of HPCL.
The award was received in the inaugural function of a dynamic campaign titled SAKSHAM 2023 (with the theme ‘ऊर्जा संरक्षण- नेट ज़ीरो की ओर’) of Oil& Gas Industry, hosted by State Level Coordinator,Delhi, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited along with Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA) and other Oil & Gas Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) under the aegis of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG). SAKSHAM will be organised from 24th April 2023 to 8th May 2023.
At the end of the programme, the Hon’ble MoS MoP&NG, along with the Secretary MoP&NG also flagged off a publicity van carrying the message of energy conservation towards net zero. On this occasion, more than 200 school children and Oil and gas company officials from PCRA, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, GAIL, ONGC, OIL and IGL were present.
