Balmer Lawrie Q4 FY26 Income Rises 21.56% to Rs 791.28 Crore

Kolkata, 18th May 2026: Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., a Miniratna-I public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, reported strong financial performance for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, driven by growth across its manufacturing and services businesses.

The company’s Board approved the results at its meeting held on May 17.

Total income during the fourth quarter of FY26 rose 21.56 per cent year-on-year to Rs 791.28 crore, compared with Rs 650.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Profit before tax (PBT) for the March quarter stood at Rs 120.79 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) came in at Rs 90.53 crore.

For the full financial year FY26, Balmer Lawrie reported total income of Rs 2,784.60 crore, reflecting an 8.03 per cent increase over FY25.

Annual PBT rose 5.44 per cent to Rs 330.87 crore, while PAT increased 5.53 per cent to Rs 245.68 crore.

The Board has recommended a final dividend of 42.50 per cent for FY26, in addition to the interim dividend of 42.50 per cent declared and paid in March 2026, taking the total dividend payout for the year to 85 per cent.
