New Delhi, Dec 20: Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV) held its 2nd Court meeting at Rail Bhawan, New Delhi, chaired by Chancellor Ashwini Vaishnaw. He emphasized GSV’s industry-driven progress within three years, particularly in Railways and Aviation.
The meeting hosted notable figures, including Her Highness Shubhangini Raje Gaekwad and Lt. Gen. Pushpendra Singh. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Manoj Choudhary presented a progress report highlighting successful collaborations with industry and training programs for Defence Forces and Railways.
Suggestions for future advancements in various engineering sectors were proposed, including the affiliation of Indian Army academies with GSV. An MOU was signed between BISAG and GSV to promote PM Gati Shakti initiatives, and AMD pledged support for GSV’s incubation facility.
The university’s infrastructure expansion plans and approval of annual reports for FY 2024-2025 were discussed. Established in 2022, GSV operates under the Ministry of Railways, addressing the entire transportation sector in India.
