Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited delivers over 14.1 lakh LPG cylinders in a day, ensures robust fuel supply

New Delhi, April 3, 2026: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has reinforced its commitment to uninterrupted energy access by delivering over 14.10 lakh LPG cylinders nationwide on April 2, 2026, showcasing strong operational efficiency.

The company achieved this through its network of 55 LPG bottling plants, ensuring seamless supply across the country.

Key operational highlights:

  • 14.10 lakh LPG cylinders delivered in a single day
  • 37,269 KL petrol and 75,356 KL diesel sales recorded
  • Over 1.9 crore customers served nationwide
  • 7,102 fuel tankers dispatched from 80 supply locations

In addition, HPCL distributed free trade LPG cylinders, including 27,800 units (5 kg) and 1,500 units (2 kg), enhancing accessibility for smaller consumers.

The company’s retail segment maintained stable sales volumes, reflecting consistent demand and efficient supply chain management. Large-scale tanker dispatches ensured uninterrupted fuel availability at retail outlets across the country.

HPCL reiterated its focus on reliable and continuous fuel supply, reinforcing its role as a key player in India’s energy ecosystem.
