Positioning itself beyond a financing institution, PFC demonstrated innovations including an indigenous SCADA–ADMS–OMS platform, GeoAI-based asset mapping, real-time fault detection systems, and solutions for last-mile electrification. The company also highlighted its National SCADA Resource Centre, underscoring its focus on capacity building and operational efficiency across utilities.

A key attraction at the pavilion was a Micro Substation solution—developed in Japan—designed as a low-cost approach to expand electricity access in underserved areas.

Led by Parminder Chopra, the initiatives reflect PFC’s strategic emphasis on enabling a resilient, efficient, and self-reliant power ecosystem aligned with national priorities.

The pavilion drew strong interest from policymakers, industry stakeholders, and distribution companies (DISCOMs), with live demonstrations showcasing the impact of reforms under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS).

PFC’s participation at BES 2026 reinforces its role in driving India’s energy transition through innovation, digitalisation, and sustainable infrastructure development.
