Bolivia’s Vice President Visits India to Attend AI Impact Summit

New Delhi, Feb 17: Bolivia’s Vice President Capitan Edman Lara arrived in New Delhi on February 17 to attend the AI Impact Summit 2026. Welcomed by Union Minister Satish Chandra Dubey, Lara’s presence marks a new chapter in India-Bolivia relations.

The summit brings together over 500 global leaders to discuss AI’s role in sustainable development, with participation from over 100 government representatives and key stakeholders. On February 19, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the event, which includes three Global Impact Challenges aimed at fostering responsible AI solutions.

Additionally, a Research Symposium on AI will be held on February 18, featuring submissions from around the world and significant participation from international leaders.
